Pioneers of artificial intelligence and expert knowledge
We have an evening ahead of us full of expert knowledge, without filler words or empty clichés. There will be experts who not only achieved great success but did so with ingenuity and determination. Pioneers of artificial intelligence, which is genuinely changing our present, will be there, along with investors who can spot true business gems before they make headlines. On stage, we’ll also have a representative from an American giant from San Mateo, valued at billions of dollars, as well as a founder with ADHD who finds peace only when creating new startups. There will also be a business angel sharing practical advice on how to effectively secure funding for your startup’s growth.
Is Poland really creating its own artificial intelligence, or is it just implementing ready-made solutions from abroad? During the panel, we’ll have an honest conversation about where we stand today as an innovation ecosystem, what potential lies within Polish tech creators, what tools we need to scale our companies globally – and what we can do to stop the brain drain. This is a conversation about ambitions: do we truly want – and are we ready – to be leaders, not just subcontractors in the race for the future of AI?
Scalable AI solutions & wave of VC Investment
Fawaz Ghali from Snowflake will talk about how he builds scalable and secure AI solutions using Snowflake Arctic LLM and Streamlit. Then, we’ll move to the VC Insights segment, where in a Fireside Chat with Maciej Zawadziński, Partner at the newly founded Wrocław-based VC fund Hard2beat, we’ll discuss the incoming rain of money and the places where heavy downpours may occur!
“We’ve officially launched – formalities are behind us, and we’re starting to invest. I’ll talk about the behind-the-scenes of building Hard2beat and what sets our strategy apart from other VCs. No project names yet, as the first investment announcements will come in a few weeks, but I’ll share some concrete details – I’ll discuss how we close our first deals and what we truly pay attention to before we say ‘yes’. See you there!”

Superpower or super-struggle: building 35 companies with ADHD

Michał Piosik knows exactly what it’s like to have a superpower… and not quite control it. Like Peter Parker with his first web – chaos at first, then control, and finally building. ADHD? That’s his radioactive bite. Except, instead of saving New York, Michał… founded 35 companies.
“Is this another speech about how to balance super-efficiency with mental health care in today’s fast-paced world?
Yes. But also, No.
I’ll tell you why, after my businesses, accelerator, fund, and other projects, I’m taking on another ambitious project – the100 – and how, despite ADHD and depression, I’m a fulfilled and happy person.”
– Michał Piosik, Managing Partner, the100
