A new era of warehouses begins today – Nevel’s strategic investment in Wrocław-based Hustro paves the way for the most advanced warehouse service system in the world

15.12.2025

In a world where traditional warehouses are giving way to autonomous logistics centers, Wrocław-based companies Nevel and Hustro are joining forces to create the ecosystem of the future. Thanks to a strategic investment by Beata Antosz, CEO of Nevel, in Hustro – a company led by Ernest Szydelski – the world's most advanced warehouse service and maintenance system is being created, based on artificial intelligence, IoT data, and process automation.

Wrocław – shared roots, shared vision

Nevel and Hustro are two Wrocław-based technology companies that emerged from the same local culture of innovation. Their shared origins allowed them to establish cooperation more quickly, based not only on trust, but also on a mutual understanding of industrial challenges. “We no longer build warehouses, we build intelligent industrial organisms,” emphasizes Beata Antosz. “Investing in Hustro is a natural step for us towards the digital integration of the entire intralogistics environment. I am glad that both companies – mine and Ernest’s – come from Wrocław. This city gives us energy, engineering resources, and ambitious people.” Ernest Szydelski, CEO of Hustro, adds: “From the very beginning, our cooperation has been guided by a common idea – to use the potential of data to increase the reliability and security of warehouse infrastructure. The combination of Nevel’s knowledge in the field of automation with our experience in the digitization of control processes allows us to build a complete, predictive, and responsive system.”

Hustro – digital guardian of industrial precision

Wrocław-based Hustro specializes in digital infrastructure management – from inspection documentation to fault analysis and reporting. The company’s software allows for real-time monitoring of the technical condition of industrial facilities, supporting maintenance and safety processes. Thanks to Nevel’s investment, Hustro’s solutions will be expanded to include advanced predictive maintenance and reporting automation features, laying the foundation for a globally scalable warehouse maintenance system.

We combine two worlds – industrial and digital. In the new system, IoT sensors and Smart Vision cameras provide data that our algorithm analyzes to predict potential faults. Nevel, in turn, provides the infrastructure and knowledge about the real working environment of these systems. The result? A service that prevents failures before they happen."

The “New Level” ecosystem – a shared operating philosophy

The “New Level” philosophy, which Nevel has followed from the very beginning, fits perfectly with Hustro’s strategy. Both companies believe that the future of industry belongs to systems that not only automate processes, but above all learn and cooperate with humans.

“It’s not about technology replacing people – it’s about supporting them wisely,” emphasizes Beata Antosz. “Automation that stems from understanding the operator’s needs is precisely the new level of industry we are talking about.” “Nevel brings to the partnership its extensive experience in warehouse automation, while we bring a work culture based on data and precise process control,” says Ernest Szydelski. “Together, we can define a new standard of service in industrial logistics.”

Local cooperation, global reach

The merger of the two Wrocław-based companies has ambitions that go beyond the domestic market. The new service system will be implemented in Poland, Germany, and Sweden, and in subsequent stages also in Spain and Switzerland.
“This is not just a partnership project – it is an investment in the future of the entire industry,” concludes Antosz. “With Hustro, we are creating an intelligent backbone for modern warehouses that will enable companies to operate faster, safer, and more sustainably.” Szydelski adds: “I am delighted that this major industrial change may begin right here in Wrocław. It proves that Polish companies are ready to develop technologies that will shape the future of global logistics.”
