Robbie Drink is a startup from Wroclaw, Poland, that has unveiled a revolutionary service for hiring a robot bartender. Serves traditional drinks and personalised concoctions
Through intelligent algorithms and advanced artificial intelligence, the robot bartender is able to adapt to the unique preferences of each single customer. The process begins with three simple questions asked by the AI to the customer. These cover key questions that help understand the customer’s tastes, preferences and moods. Based on the answers provided, AI then proceeds with the analysis. It goes in-depth to find out what flavours, aromas and ingredients might surprise and fit into the customer’s palate. Then, based on the data collected, the AI generates a unique drink recipe. It’s a process where algorithms and technology work together to create a flavour composition tailored to each individual consumer’s taste. Once the recipe is ready, the customer has one task – to click ‘Order’. Then he or she can go on to enjoy a customised drink, created especially for them.

The creators of this innovative robot used artificial intelligence algorithms to enable easy and two-way communication between human and machine, which is usually very challenging due to mental barriers.
