cux.io – a Polish UX & Analytics Automation tool – helps digital products, especially e-commerces, to eliminate problems that may cause sales blockage. In recent months, startup has attracted the attention of international audiences by going to the finals of several prestigious competitions.
Among others, they won the title of Best Smart Data Marketing Startup.

CUX is present on the product analytics market since 2019. Thanks to the combination of qualitative and quantitative data, the use of neuromarketing and behavioral analysis, it enables almost immediate finding of users’ frustration of users and matching appropriate solutions to them. Even in a few minutes! Currently, startup work with over 500 companies, including T-Mobile, TVN, Prisjakt and Kubota.

Best Smart Data Marketing Startup

CUX won the 10th edition of the prestigious international competition I-COM Data Startup Challenge, gaining the title of Best Smart Data Marketing Startup. The goal of the competition is to select the best startups whose core activity is to provide innovation for the digital marketing industry. As the only representative of Poland, CUX competed against 4 finalists from Great Britain, Switzerland, and Spain. The jury included representatives of companies such as HSBC (Hong Kong), Brandwatch (France), Kantar Media (UK) and Winterberry Group (USA).

The I-COM award is not only an amazing distinction, but also a very promising opening up of new vistas for international cooperation with major players on the market. Europe’s TOP

Not only I-COM and Costa Brava were a success for CUX. In recent months, the startup has been acknowledged on the European scene by getting to the TOP10 Best Startups of one of the largest events in the technology industry – Podim 2022. As many as 160 technology startups from all over CEE competed for a place on the stage in Slovenia.

In June, CUX once again found itself in the full international glare by getting into the top 10 startups in the “Connectivity & Data” category at the South Summit in Madrid. In addition, CUX was named AI Startup of the Year by OVHcloud. The award was granted for the overall performance, use of the cloud, and technological advancement of the startup. Marketing and PR activities were also taken into account.

International acquisition

Paulina Walkowiak does not hide the fact that CUX is dynamically preparing to enter foreign markets and scale. The ladder to international expansion is, among others, the win of the MIT EF CEE Spring 2022 acceleration program. The startup was awarded by the international jury with two awards – participation in the upcoming UK Bootcamp organized by MIT and a partner award from Amazon Web Services.

Winning the DemoDay MIT EF CEE is a milestone on the way to foreign markets acquisition —comments Walkowiak. — The fact that 306 European startups, evaluated by 130 international jurors, applied to the program definitely gives business wings to further growth.

An enterprise tool 

CUX as the only tool on the market focuses on the analysis of behavioral data in the context of the company’s business goal. A comprehensive combination of qualitative and quantitative data allows them to shorten the analytical process from over 700 hours to approx. 23 minutes.

The solution is already successfully used by enterprises, noting significant effects (such as T-Mobile, which with CUX’s help increased the conversion level by 68%). The startup currently works with clients from 102 countries.
