Google Cloud Days is a charitable conference built on a practical approach to the cloud. It is organized by Google Cloud partner FOTC. For two days, Google's Warsaw headquarters (Warsaw HUB) will become a place for exchange of ideas - sharing knowledge and best practices on data analytics, cloud automation, cost optimization and increasing the security of corporate data.

Well-known brands share knowledge

Experts from companies such as STS Gaming Group will share their experiences, Google Cloud, Allegro, Yubico or Growbots. The conference has been divided into two thematic blocks. Participants will be able to take part in a track designed for entrepreneurs and for engineers. The path for entrepreneurs will cover topics relevant to business managers. Expert speeches will be devoted to such topics as automating daily work in a distributed team, developing analytics in a rapidly growing company, or ways to finance and optimize costs of using cloud technologies. There will be plenty of real-life examples from companies that have been using Google Cloud solutions for years and can share their insights on the subject.

The track provided for engineers will allow participants to gain expertise in preventing cyber attacks in the cloud, ensuring the digital security of company data and devices. Participants will also learn how to use Software Delivery Shield to improve security during software development, and what BeyondCorp’s Zero Trust implementation provides.

Workshops for entrepreneurs and engineers in smaller groups

There will also be plenty of hands-on activities during Google Cloud Days. These will be held in the form of workshops lasting several hours, led by experts from FOTC and Google Cloud. On the first day, participants will have the opportunity to learn about Google Workspace applications from the business side and look at their most popular features, useful in the the daily work of companies. The workshop will allow them to learn how Google applications – from Gmail to Sheets to Drive – support the daily work of a distributed team and help significantly increase the productivity of team members.

The second day of the workshop will be packed with technical knowledge. Participants will learn such as how to increase the level of security of Google Cloud services implemented in the company. Experts will share valuable tips on cyber security. Together with participants, step by step, they will go through the most important functions of the Google Cloud environment Cloud environment and will show what to pay attention to in order to secure company data well.

Help for children affected by cyberbullying

By buying a ticket to Google Cloud Days, participants not only have the opportunity to learn more about cloud technologies, but also help those in need. The proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Give Kids Strength Foundation. The funds will be earmarked for the prevention of cyberbullying among children in the early school age and will also contribute to the Sieciaki.pl educational project for children. We expect that thanks to the amount raised, more than 1,000 elementary schools in Poland will will receive educational packages on cyberbullying. On their basis, classes will be conducted classes, in which about 50,000 children will participate.
