Embedded Meetup already has a permanent place in the calendar of Wroclaw’s IT community, which has been meeting for seven editions to inspire each other and discuss everyday challenges and solutions to the most common problems. The meetings emphasize creative networking, which is how they differ from traditional IT conferences.
As part of the eighth edition, attendees will be able to listen to two presentations. Shekhar Pardeshi, a certified Functional Safety Engineer with over sixteen years of experience in the automotive field, will talk about the challenges faced by many IT architects in his talk “Automotive Software Architectural Approach: Project vs Platform.” In turn, Grzegorz Konopko, based on his seventeen years in the industry, will talk about the use of UML in embedded in a presentation with the intriguing title “To spaghetti (coding) or not to spaghetti? UML modeling in embedded.”
Embedded Meetup places a strong emphasis on knowledge exchange and sharing of insights from daily work. This will also be the nature of the two aforementioned lectures, during which there will also be plenty of opportunity for questions from participants and discussions. The growing popularity of meetings with a focus on networking and a more casual atmosphere means that later this year similar events will be organized in other Polish cities – Katowice and Cracow.
The eighth edition of Embedded Meetup will begin on November 24, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the GlobalLogic Conference Center at 48A Strzegomska Street in Wroclaw. The meeting for IT enthusiasts is free of charge, but due to the limited number of seats, advance reservations are required.
