Founded in Ukraine in 2019 by Bogdan and Yaroslav Shkarupa, NeuCurrent develops an omni-channel customer retention platform for mid-sized companies. Their SaaS platform detects negative trends in customer retention, recommends and implements relevant customer engagement strategies using customer communications and product recommendations with the help of AI. NeuCurrent motto: ‘Engage, Convert, Repeat: Retain your customer, longer’.

NeuCurrent already has a number of leading companies as clients and the Polish market is a natural step for them in entering the European market. They are also supported by the Fashion Technology accelerator in Milan and Machine Learning Garage, Digital Catapult in London.

Setting up in Wroclaw

Startup funders say they are incredibly excited to be setting up in Wroclaw after being selected for Poland Prize Accelerator by Concordia Design.

“Poland Prize is unique amongst other accelerators as they provide selected companies with both an equity free grant and an established Polish corporate partner to enter the Polish market. NeuCurrent will work with the partners Concordia Design and Movens Capital to build our business in Poland.  Poland is a very attractive market for us and we look forward to working with companies in retail, hospitality, financial services, or in fact any B2C company to create the best customer experiences, improve customer retention, and increase sales.”
says Yaroslav Shkarupa,  co-founder at NeuCurrent.

They hold their heads high in adversity

“We have an incredible team. Some of the team are based in Ukraine and as all people in Ukraine are affected by the war. However, we stay together, support each other, and continue working. We are open for business. We will get through it together.”
– adds Yaroslav Shkarupa.
