Successful in Poland
As far as the number of programs to which Postis applied in Poland, so far they’ve been successful in 2 out of 2. Things are looking great.
“Poland Prize fitted perfectly with our strategy to help us open our first international subsidiary and find a great partnership with a large Polish client. The support we received from Concordia Design during this program has made this first step into internationalization much easier and more transparent. This was the first program to which we applied in Poland. However, since it brought us huge value not only financially but also in terms of long-term prospects, we applied to another acceleration program by MIT Enterprise Forum where we were able to find another great Polish partner to scale our business.”

Platform which helps customers to save money
Postis was created with the main focus to find solutions for issues in the logistical processes. Thus, they started digitalizing several processes, aggregating all last-mile transportation orders into one platform, and selecting the most optimum delivery option available by looking at tens of variables for each individual order. This resulted in a reduction of about 25% of the transportation budget of the companies that use our platform.
Since then, Postis has continuously added features and built new products to now be able to say that they have an entire last-mile delivery ecosystem of products that businesses can use not only to decrease their costs but to also increase customer satisfaction by offering real-time status notifications, web tracking interfaces, ETA estimations, returns management, courier feedback, real-time updates, live-maps courier tracking, mobile apps for both end customers and small couriers, and much more.
Available in more than 25 countries
They have reached a point where they see a great market fit for their products, managing orders in more than 25 countries across Europe for large customers such as IKEA, Carrefour, Auchan, Cora, Intersport, Decathlon, KLG, DSV, and about 160 more.
Postis’ awards and expansion
Future plans include continuing the international expansion, raising a series A, and continuing to develop products to cover the whole customer journey in an experience that they’re calling click2door – from the first click on a website, e-mail, or search engine, to post-delivery services such as returns or furniture assembly.
Currently, Postis’ team has 15 members and they’re looking to expand in all departments.
They are also highly interested in hiring experienced Polish salespeople for their new Wroclaw office.
