SatRev and the holding are worth over one billion PLN. A revolution in the Polish sky: satellites and drones to unite
SatRev is a Wrocław-based company that successfully operates in the international space industry. They specialize in creating comprehensive observation systems, which include advanced satellites, ground control centers, and data analysis software. The company collaborates with SpaceX, as well as the governments of Oman, Guyana, Rwanda, Australia, and Indonesia.
REAKTO is a Polish manufacturer and operator of unmanned systems. The company is the creator of unique drone infrastructure with versatile applications, ranging from asset protection to renewable energy analytics, environmental protection, and health and safety inspections.
REAKTO Drone Services – which will also be part of the holding – provides solutions for the defense sector. Its flagship product is the K-Crusher system, recently showcased at the International Defence Industry Exhibition, where it was nominated for the Light Infantry Weapons Award by the Territorial Defence Forces Command. This solution enables almost immediate and fully autonomous neutralization of hostile kamikaze and bomb drones.

Wrocław-based companies in a holding worth over one billion PLN
AMM Global, the main shareholder in REAKTO and REAKTO Drone Services, is participating in the project. A key role in this collaboration will be played by publicly listed JRH ASI S.A., which serves as an investment umbrella for this process. JRH is a dynamically growing investment group specializing in new technologies, renewable energy, and biotechnology. The projected revenue generated by the companies within the new venture, along with the expansion of these companies into new markets, will allow for the creation of a holding worth over one billion PLN. The letter of intent just signed opens the path to an investment agreement.
