Startup Launchpad is a mentoring programme designed to develop the local startup scene. It is designed for young entrepreneurial people who already have a concrete idea for their business and an optional prototype for a product or service, but they are short of funding and don’t have revenue yet. It is also a condition that they know their target group and that at least two people are involved in their venture. It is also a condition that they have no registered business or that their company is no older than 12 months.
Two productive months
For two months, the young investors will be assisted by a mentor, one of those who created the startup in Wrocław, who will help them develop their business project. They will not focus on theoretical lectures on the theory of young business development. It will be a time of intensive work with real results. At the end of the programme, participants will present their project at the Made in Wroclaw 2024 conference on 24 October.
Educate founders for success
This is the second edition of the event. For the first time, young entrepreneurs and mentors paired up a year ago to support each other in business development. In the previous edition, 6 highly motivated teams were qualified for the programme. The next one will feature more spots and new mentors!
The call for participants for the current edition of the programme will begin on 10 April and end on 31 May 2024, and a list of those who will take part will be announced on 24 June.
They will be informed of the results via email.
The project’s launch event is scheduled for 4 July this year. However, during the holidays, in July and August, individual work will take place between the participants and their mentors. During this time, each of them will be able to benefit from at least one hour of individual consultations per week.
Interest in participating in the Startup Launchpad programme can be expressed on the project website.
