Support from leading venture capital funds
A key element of the program is its partnership with leading Polish investors and investment funds: Inovo VC, SpeedUp Venture Capital Group, Hard2Beat, and 24Ventures, which are behind the success of companies such as Booksy, ElevenLabs, and Legimi.
“Thanks to cooperation with the funds, participants gain access to practical knowledge and experience that they would not find in traditional academic programs,” explains Damian Gołębiewski, program coordinator.
A team of practitioners
The classes are taught by experts with practical experience in building startups, including Róża Szafranek, Paulina Wardęga, Bartosz Majewski, Mateusz Tarczyski, Maciej Frankowicz, Barbara Mróz-Gorgoń, and Michał Rokosz.
“We have managed to assemble a top team of experts that many accelerators would envy,” comments Michał Rokosz on the staff composition.
A growing investment market
According to data from PFR Ventures, in 2025-2026, the Polish venture capital market is expecting a significant influx of funds, which creates new opportunities for tech startups.
“There has never been such an opportunity for young entrepreneurs in Poland before. Access to financing opens up new possibilities, but taking advantage of them requires the right skills and network of contacts,” emphasizes Jan Jakub Cendrowski, director of inQUBE.
The program is aimed at both people starting a business and specialists interested in reskilling in the field of AI and entrepreneurship.
