Vetapp from Wrocław triumphs at Investor Award & Best Pitch
The animal care app VetApp, created in Wrocław, was honored with two titles — Best Pitch and Investor Award — during the grand finale of the Digital Health Accelerator Demo Day, organized by the Swiss accelerator Tenity, one of the most prestigious innovation platforms in Europe. Over 600 startups competed for these coveted distinctions.
Winning the Demo Day of the Digital Health Accelerator program marks the culmination of months of hard work and is one of the key milestones in VetApp’s development.
“For us, this is confirmation that our vision of digital pet care has a real impact on the world. The fact that the majority of judges and investors chose our solution as the most promising and one they would most willingly invest in opens many new doors for us.”
Przemysław Mazurek, Board Member, VetApp

The Tenity program supports the most promising startups in the fintech, insurtech, and healthtech sectors, offering mentorship, expert access, and opportunities to pitch to top investors and corporate partners. “VetApp’s victory at Demo Day proves that innovative solutions from Poland can successfully compete on the international tech stage,”
– say representatives of the Wrocław-based startup.
Will Wrocław’s Vetapp become a Polish Unicorn?
A unicorn is a tech company valued at over one billion dollars. Could Wrocław-based VetApp join this exclusive club? It appears they stand a fair chance in the race for unicorn status.
In January of this year, it was announced that VetApp had been selected for the prestigious Concordia Design Accelerator program. The City of Wrocław is both a partner in the project and a beneficiary of the technological solutions. Funds acquired through the program will be used for development work and for expanding features in the VetApp application dedicated to Wrocław residents.
