June 23: Wakeboarding & Networking
Although the official Evolutions program begins on June 24, on Monday, June 23, the organizers, together with partner Startup Founders, invite everyone to an informal kickoff. Participants will enjoy a wakeboarding session combined with outdoor networking. This is an opportunity for those who value a relaxed atmosphere and want to start building connections before the official part begins. Sunshine, sports, and casual conversations will create the perfect setting for idea exchange and relationship-building that could lead to future collaborations.
Day 1 – June 24: workshops, experts, and an evening before party
The first official day of Evolutions will focus on practical knowledge and skills development. Participants will take part in a series of workshops led by experienced experts from the worlds of startups, investment, and business consulting. Among the speakers will be representatives from companies and institutions such as dotlaw, Warsaw Equity Group, Movens Capital, and ProductTrio. The workshop topics will be diverse – from building financial models and working with VC funds, to personal branding on LinkedIn and scaling business strategies.
The program includes sessions for both beginner and advanced founders, and participants will also have access to free legal and accounting consultations – a great chance to clarify doubts and discuss ideas with practitioners. In the evening – after a day full of learning – attendees can unwind at the Before Party, an informal gathering featuring live music and good vibes. The highlight of the evening will be a concert by Waldemar Kasta with his new project, SYNAPTINE.
Day 2 – June 25: A conference with a cosmic twist
The second day of Evolutions will kick off at 10:00 AM at Barbara with a unique event titled Space.Connect MeetUP. This is a chance to meet representatives from the space sector and learn how technology is transferred from research institutions to startups. Experts from organizations such as ESA Phi-Lab Poland, Space Technology Park, GreenHaven, and Scanway will share their knowledge about current trends, collaboration models, and development opportunities in the space industry – even for companies with no prior connection to the sector.
In the afternoon, participants will head to Kino Nowe Horyzonty, where the main part of the conference begins at 4:30 PM. The event will be hosted by Waldemar Kasta. The agenda features two discussion panels. “Startup Is a Sport: Train Hard, Play Smart, Win Big” will be a conversation about the adrenaline rush that comes with running a startup. Panelists will talk about handling pressure, burnout, and risk – all familiar to entrepreneurs.
The second panel, “From Underdogs to Champions: Rising Up Against the Odds,” will highlight stories of tough beginnings, unexpected choices, and paths to success.
The climax of the conference will be the Showcase Contest – a competition featuring six selected startups presenting their ideas to a jury and audience. But this won’t be your typical pitch session – the presentations will follow a boxing-style format, sure to add excitement and energy to the event. After the official part, attendees are invited to the After Party – a perfect chance to put all that inspiration and energy to use, build new connections, deepen relationships, and celebrate in a relaxed setting.
