Wrocław Startups on Wall Street. The investment market will open up to them

08.05.2025

Later this month, a key event for the future of the Polish investment market will take place: the conference "Wall Street Startups – Business Angels. Investments. Exits", held on May 22 at Hotel Gołębiewski in Karpacz. This unique gathering will be an integral part of the 29th edition of Wall Street 2025. The "Wall Street Startups – Business Angels. Investments. Exits" conference offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge about the investment market and to build a wide network of business contacts. It’s the largest meeting for individual investors in Poland, with the goal of collaboratively driving real change in the Polish innovation landscape.

“Without fundamental changes to the support system, the Polish startup ecosystem will not reach its full growth potential. Our goal is to inspire participants to actively engage in the dynamic world of startups, which—given the right conditions—can become an attractive and profitable part of an investment portfolio.”
Paulina Muszyńska, Head of Startup Wroclaw

Discussing angel investments

At the Wall Street Startups conference, participants will discuss how to leverage the potential of angel investing as a key element of early-stage innovation funding, and how to create real tax incentives for business angels, following best global practices. The conference will also explore how to revitalize the NewConnect market and open the stock exchange to innovative companies, creating real exit opportunities for investors. Discussions will include strategies to close the growth-stage funding gap and attract capital to Polish startups.
