Bitnoise

A global startup for recruitment management, an educational platform for the world’s biggest corporations or a VR application for David Lynch – these are only some of the products created by the Bitnoise company from Poznań. The representatives of the company emphasize that such projects require high quality of created software, stability of teams and well-trained engineers.

For many years the company focused on building teams in Poznan, but both the development of the business and the popularity of remote work led the owners to invest in Wroclaw.

As a software company we considered several locations where we wanted to hire engineers. We considered technology hubs both in Poland and throughout Central Europe. However it was the metropolis on the Odra River that convinced us by the number of developers, the friendly environment for IT business, as well as the availability of universities educating young professionals – Adrian Roth, CEO Bitnoise

According to him, the communication between the two cities also plays an important role. Both by car and train the journey takes about two hours, so even a one-day visit does not cause any problems.

Bitnoise Wroclaw is looking for employees

The first investment of Bitnoise in Wroclaw is the expansion of the programming and sales team. The owners of the company estimate that in the near future they will invest about one million PLN in hiring employees in the new location. Currently they are looking for specialists: JavaScript, Node.js, PHP and testers.

Wroclaw helps

The Poznań company praises the support for technology companies developing in Wrocław from the ITCorner association. It is one of the largest organizations associating IT companies in Poland. It has its roots in Wroclaw, but for over three years it has been building relations between agglomerations such as Kraków, Śląsk and Poznań. It was thanks to ITCorner that Bitnoise chose Wroclaw.

– Since its inception, ITCorner has been a place where owners of IT companies meet. For its members, ITCorner has become the best place where they can meet their colleagues from the industry, discuss and exchange knowledge and experience. Large centers such as Wroclaw, Poznań and Kraków and a dozen or so smaller cities in Poland have become very close to each other,” says Piotr Płóciennik, a Poznań-based ITCorner member.

Adrian Roth adds that the Wroclaw City Hall also supports technology companies from the SME area. – While for many years the city’s strategy promoted mainly multinational corporations, currently the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency directs more initiatives to small and medium-sized companies – he emphasizes.
