Flexible serviced offices can be rented in the former Faculty of Pharmacy building

23.02.2024

More than 90 co-working spaces, hot desks and serviced offices will be available to those who wish to work just across the Oder River, in the building of the former Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University of Wroclaw. Virtual offices, conference rooms, event space and even a podcast room will also be at the disposal of entrepreneurs and freelancers.

LABO is a modern flexible office space in Wroclaw, located in the historic L’UNI building near the Oder River. It formerly housed the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University. It’s a place for entrepreneurs and freelancers who want an inspiring place to grow their business. It offers more than 90 workstations – from coworking to serviced offices, hot desks, meeting areas, virtual offices and a range of additional services.

Not just a place to work

LABO is located in the center of Wroclaw, at 9 Grodzka Street, and is housed in the spacious and designer interiors of a historic building on the Oder River.

According to Marta Czerny, Coworking Office Manager at LABO, the idea was to create not only a functional and modern work space, but also a place where one can develop a community and build an atmosphere of experience exchange.

LABO is also a space that reflects the concept of work-life balance. On the one hand, it provides good conditions for effective work and establishing business relations, on the other hand, with its style it guarantees peace and intimacy.

All amenities for conducting business

LABO tenants have 24-hour access to fully furnished spaces. They can also enjoy all the amenities necessary for daily work, such as broadband internet, a kitchen with unlimited coffee, tea and water, office equipment and a cleaning service. A concierge team is also in place, so they will be able to focus on their work.

There is also a coworking space, which features custom-made artistic installations made of fused glass. Each consists of more than 50 glass pieces, creating a unique color composition inspired by the colors of pharmaceutical glass.

A reference to the history of the former Department of Pharmacy

According to Aleksander Czerwonka-Jabłoński of the CUDO studio, responsible for the LABO interior design, the idea was to refer to the history of the former Faculty of Pharmacy and combine the reconstruction of the former university with the artistic atmosphere of Wroclaw.

“We focused on thoughtful selection of forms and lighting, ergonomic solutions, high-quality finishes and attention to all details to create a friendly environment.”
– adds Aleksander Czerwonka-Jabłoński
